Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 10/13/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (WITH 2 MAX ATTEMPTS), within 48 hours of offer. There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions. MUST BE ABLE TO READ STRIPS Medical-Surgical B2C - Unit: MedSurg B2C - beds: 29 beds - Certs: BLS, ACLS - Ratios: 1:4 ratio, days and nights - Charge Nurse: Yes, does not take patients. Also has Unit Supervisor. - Nurse Aides: PCTS on days. 1 PCT or SWAT RN at night to task. - Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period (days - Sat, Sun, nights - Fri, Sat). One major and minor holiday. - Scrub Color: Navy - Tele: GE Monitors. Central monitoring station tech to read. - Vents: NA - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Must call Physician. - IV Team: No. House SWAT Nurse available for hard IV sticks. - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes, ICU Pharmacist covers on days. - Shifts: 12 hrs. 7-7. - Floating: Float to MedSurg Tele C5 and B2D - Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts on the floor. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: General MedSurg patients that require tele. Amio, Cardizem to titrate down only. - Additional Notes: Spectralink phones (call light attached to phone). Is the "new grad training unit", all new grads train with a "clinical scholar" for 4 weeks. Each week patient load increases to 1:4 final week.
