Pay Information $2,096 per week About The Position ID: 73116948 Shift: 12H Nights EOW or up to 3 wknds/mo if unit is busy; first to float - could float to sister facility, Description: Unit based off clinical prescreenTHIS POSITION REQUIRES A FULL 3 YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED NO EXCEPTIONSExperience must also include EITHER neuro or CV.UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE of a position. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation. *Surgical ICU - Trauma Neuro Surgery Ratios1:2, 1:1Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Level 1 trauma Center, Falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over age of 15. Ex-lap, crani, speciality neuro-surgery cases. Level 1 experience or neuro experience not required but preferred.
