TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a
qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Chandler, Arizona, 85224! Pay

12H Nights EOW or up to 3 wknds/mo if unit is busy; first to float
- could float to sister facility, Description: Unit based off
clinical prescreenTHIS POSITION REQUIRES A FULL 3 YEARS OF RECENT
ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED NO EXCEPTIONSExperience must also
include EITHER neuro or CV.UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs
PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE of a position. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2There is also a
pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation. *Surgical ICU - Trauma
Neuro Surgery Ratios1:2, 1:1Required Certifications (i.e., BLS,
ACLS?)BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Level 1
trauma Center, Falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over
age of 15. Ex-lap, crani, speciality neuro-surgery cases. CVA,
status post-TPA, COVID, sepsis, ARDS.Experience or 'Must have'
skillsAre RNs required to titrate drips?YesCommon titratable
&/or set rate drips: Propofol, fentanyl, versed, precedex,

years in the ICU). Level 1 experience or neuro experience not
required but preferred. Prefer prior experience work at a similar
