ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU -
Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chandler,
Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU -
Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work
in a Progressive Care Unit with varied work schedule • Teams model
required with RN/LPN patient assignments • Additional day of
orientation provided for teams model • Assess, plan, implement,
evaluate and document nursing care of patients • Complete patient
assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual,
educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs •
Review patient history, diagnostics and laboratory data • Formulate
and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with
multidisciplinary team • Provide direct patient care, coordination,
delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities • Document
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient
records • Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to
other licensed nurses and personnel • Participate in unit shared
leadership and education of personnel • Must possess current valid
RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure • BLS
certification required • Minimum one year experience in acute care
hospital setting required • Experience must include working in
acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in
specialty area • Bachelor's degree and professional certification
