ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Tele Float Pool Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM • Must work 4 weekend shifts per schedule (Saturday/Sunday) • Required to work 2 of 3 major holidays • Float between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units as needed • May float between Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses (9 miles apart) • Notification of campus and unit assignment given 1.5 hours prior to shift start • Must be able to titrate cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitroglycerin, Heparin, and Dobutamine • Required to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to contract signing (2 maximum attempts within 48 hours of offer) • Must pass simulation lab on day one of orientation • Patient ratios of 1:3-4 on telemetry units and 1:4 on medical-surgical units • Must be able to interpret EKGs and work with centralized telemetry monitoring • Scrub color: Navy • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • Care for patients including post-catheterization, post-vascular procedures, CABG patients, neuro post-surgical, CVA patients, orthopedic, surgical, and oncology patients • Use Cerner charting system • Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment Facility: This acute care medical center features multiple specialized units including cardiovascular telemetry, neuro telemetry, and medical-surgical floors.
