Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Tele Neuro /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM /n• Every other weekend requirement /n• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required (within past 6 months) /n• Patient ratios of 1:3-4 /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS /n• Must pass dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer through RELIAS (maximum 2 attempts) /n• Pass/fail exam on day 1 of orientation with emphasis on sterile field techniques /n• Must be able to interpret EKGs with centralized telemetry monitoring /n• Navy scrubs required /n• Care for neuro post-surgical patients, post craniotomy, spine procedures, and CVA post-TPA patients /n• Work on 28-bed neuro unit (D4 Neuro) /n• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided /n• First to float when needed /n• Use Cerner charting system /n• No ICP monitoring or ventilator management /n• BSN not required /n/n Facility: /n This Level 1 trauma center provides comprehensive acute care services with specialized neurological units. The facility features a well-equipped 28-bed neuro unit with centralized telemetry monitoring and around-the-clock support services including respiratory therapy and pharmacy.
