Cath Lab Tech Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,337 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 72814595 Shift: 12H Days 12 hour days plus call Description: Unit REVIEW, then send to manager for an interviewLEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, will consider busy Level II- no travel teams with Cath Lab RNsno local rates, 50 mile radius rule- Unit: Cath Lab- beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)- Certs: BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT- Cases: 10-25 cases per day.- EMR: Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse: Yes- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement: Call - 8-12 days per month- Holidays: Work into rotation.- Scrub Color: Provided- Tele :Phillips- Vents: NA- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: per job posting- Call: Call - 8-12 days per month- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level:1 Care Shift Notes:12 hour days plus call Required , BLS Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks:91 Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Exam Cath Lab Tech Skills Checklist Core Exam - Allied/Non-Nursing Ishihara Colorvision Screening
