Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Glendale, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,275 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience required License: Active state license required Certifications: Active ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Description: Candidates must include a copy of their driver's license in the submission. The cover page must be completely filled out and accurate. All request notes must be included in the highlights section. Start date must align with the listed order start date. All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed on the cover page and should not exceed seven days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays. Candidates should indicate all facilities they are open to working in. All shifts the candidate is willing to work should be specified in the submission. Candidates must submit with verified attendance and availability. Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes. No license hits are allowed. It is preferred that candidates have travel experience. A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be submitted and should be less than one year old.
