Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in patient and family health education with a focus on recovery, health maintenance, and prevention of illness and complications. Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation and records of all care provided Ensure the proper operation of medical equipment by following the manufacturer's instructions and hospital's procedural protocols. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good decision-making and problem-solving skills Adaptability and resilience to work effectively in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
