working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN
in Phoenix, Arizona, 85032! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700 - 1930 Hours per
Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience
License: Current RN license Certifications: Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred Must-Have: Experience in ICU/CCU settings
Description: The ICU/CCU Registered Nurse will assume
responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct
clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role
involves supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is
delegated. The nurse is accountable for supporting the Chief
Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate
nursing care. The nurse is also responsible for the competency of
clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to
patient care. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1 during the day
shift and 5:1 during the night shift. Navy blue scrubs are
required. This position requires a commitment to excellence in
