Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay: $51 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : SM-U-2458 Specialty: RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Job Type: Contract/ Per Diem Location: Tucson, AZ Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate: $51.3/hr Requirements: Active RN license in practicing state required. PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred. Responsibilities: Post-Anesthesia Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, airway, and patient status postop. Administer medications, pain management, and interventions. Critical Response: Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Escalate potential complications immediately. Documentation & Teamwork: Document patient care accurately in the chart. Educate patients on postprocedure and discharge care. Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams.
