at our state-of-the-art Lincoln County Medical Center in beautiful
Ruidoso, New Mexico. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) for our Emergency Department (ED) to provide rapid,
high-quality care to patients experiencing acute illness or trauma.
In this role, you will act quickly to stabilize patients in a
fast-paced environment, leveraging the latest medical technology
and a collaborative team approach. Key Responsibilities: - Patient
Assessment & Triage: Utilize the nursing process to perform rapid
assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity and
severity of illness. - Direct Patient Care: Provide direct nursing
care for an assigned group of patients, integrating a
standards-based framework to ensure safety and clinical excellence.
- Emergency Interventions: Execute life-saving treatments including
IV starts, blood transfusions, wound care, and medication
administration according to physician orders and hospital
protocols. - Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside
physicians, techs, and specialists to develop and implement
comprehensive care plans. - Documentation: Maintain accurate,
timely records within the EPIC electronic charting system to ensure
continuity of care and regulatory compliance. Type of Opportunity:

State Nursing License required - Associate Degree - Registered
