Job Description:
Stellar Living, a leader in senior living services, seeks a
dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to
oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest level of care at our
facilities. This role is pivotal in managing our nursing
operations, supporting the Director of Nursing by implementing
healthcare programs, improving quality of care, and ensuring
compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will
bring a strong background in geriatric care and a passion for
improving the lives of our residents. Assist in the management and
supervision of nursing staff and operations. Ensure compliance with
all local, state, and federal regulations regarding nursing care
and services. Develop and implement standards of care and nursing
policies and procedures. Organize training and professional
development for nursing staff. Participate in budget preparation
and monitoring of expenditures. Monitor and maintain high standards
of patient care and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to enhance service delivery. Support in maintaining full
occupancy through quality care. Leadership and management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of
healthcare and nursing home regulations Experience in geriatric
care and chronic disease management Ability to work collaboratively
in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Certification in Gerontological Nursing preferred
