$78,000 – $88,000 annually Job description: - Evaluate patients and
design personalized physical therapy treatment plans - Deliver
effective, evidence-based therapy services and track patient
progress - Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical
documentation - Ensure compliance with state regulations and
healthcare standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and
participate in care planning - Attend team meetings and engage in
ongoing professional development - Lead clinical in-services and
stay current with best practices - Contribute to center initiatives
and special projects Qualifications: - Graduate of a
CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent - Active
Arizona Physical Therapist license - Current CPR certification
