Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions. Adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback and changing needs. Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies. Experience/Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona. Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
