We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family serving the East Valley , including Gilbert and Chandler. . For this per diem Hospice RN role , you must be a registered nurse who understands and values Hospice care. You will provide emotional support with the goal of helping patients live their final days with dignity and comfort. Our Hospice RNs conduct appropriate supervisory visits that allow for clinical observation of assigned team members’ performance. You will also participate in interdisciplinary group meetings and provide feedback on the development, review, and revision of the patient/family plan of care. Does this describe you?
