Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,775 to $1,969 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse) City/State: Phoenix, Arizona Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, includes 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: Seeking an experienced RN with neuro assessment skills for a Neuro ICU in a Level 1 Trauma facility. Must be competent in Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes, with experience in ICP monitoring and EVD procedures. Responsibilities: Provide care for patients with neuro diagnoses requiring critical care. Float between all ICU floors and Tele Units with different patient ratios. Participate in SIMs Lab for skill assessments related to sterile fields. Requirements: 2 years ICU experience in large (450) facilities with Level 1 Trauma experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Must have natural hair color, no facial piercings, and adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
