unrestricted Arizona physical therapy license Outpatient orthopedic
experience Ability to work with/supervise support staff Ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced PT Clinic Ability and desire to work
closely with and support other staff Ability to adapt, recover,
adjust, and assist other staff as needed Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary : $80,000 – $92,000 (DOE) Sign-on bonus
available Productivity incentives and performance bonuses 401(k)
with Safe Harbor Profit Sharing (company presently contributes 5%)
