Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness practices, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Adhere to hospital policies, standards of nursing practices, and relevant regulations. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
