Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities We are pleased
to offer $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with at least two years of
ICU experience. We are offering $10,000 relocation allowance to new
hires that meet the eligibility requirements. As a Registered Nurse
(RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering

- Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based
nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
Represents the organization in a positive manner. Applies
negotiation and conflict management strategies. - Organizes and
prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and
comfort of the patient. Documents the nursing care plan and
incorporates the nursing process following the standard of care for
patient care area. Documents changes in patient condition and
response to interventions within established timeframes. -
Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports
ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues. Recognizes
limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration,
utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command.
Assumes accountability for decisions made. - Serves as an advocate
for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Uses
knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is
sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and
customs. - Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to
changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test
values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. - Utilizes
SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of
clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.
The Lung Transplant/Thoracic ICU at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s

Requirements Required - Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing, upon hire - Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire - One year
recent acute care experience, upon hire - Basic Life Support - CPR,
upon hire - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
