Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 6 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months. RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Required Credentials: Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam through UNA (WITH 2 MAX ATTEMPTS) within 24-48 hours of receiving offer. If they do not pass in 2 attempts, they will be made a DNU for CSH AZ & Sac regions Will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. If traveler fails Sim, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months for CS AZ facilities (except Yavapai) and CS Sacramento. Unit/Facility Details: Candidates can not have worked perm at a CSH facility within the past 12 months - no exceptions Special Requests: Holiday rotation Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend Floating Requirements: First to float - could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert.
