Job Description Breast Surgery opening in Phoenix, AZ Salary Range: $400,500 - $425,000 Position Overview: Opening located in Phoenix, AZ Full Time; Permanent Employed Work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) FQHCs qualify for Federal and State sponsored loan repayment programs. The current facility scores within the system are 21.
