Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred. Client requires experience treating musculoskeletal and post-operative patients; at least 1 year of clinical experience with these populations preferred. Ability to perform typical outpatient PT procedures and use common equipment such as therapeutic exercise tools, manual therapy techniques, and electrotherapy modalities preferred.
