The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor reports to the community Executive Director with direct support from corporate National Director, Housekeeping.Develop schedules for the housekeeping teamCommunicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family memberConduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the communityCoordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartmentsTrain new and existing staff in community and state required policies and proceduresResponsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping teamRequirements:A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our ResidentsMust be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with our company policy and state mandatesMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent3 years of housekeeping experience required1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental servicesSpectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and its affiliated companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
