Job Description:

Responsible for being the primary liaison between the customer and TurbineAero facility during all stages of production. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the customer fully informed on the status of their in-house repair orders and expected ship dates. Essential Functions

• Proactively communicates with the customer to acknowledge receipt of all requests and addresses all questions regarding quotes, status updates, price negotiation, technical inquiries, etc.
• Maintains open order status reports and communicates them to the customers on a regular basis
• Generates quotes for assigned accounts/repair orders based on technical evaluation or customer components
• Coordinates daily activities including quote submission and follow up, shipping/receiving, invoicing, dispute resolution
• Attends production and other meetings to inform internal departments of the status of customer backlog and provide recommendations based on customer's urgency
• Involved in warranty investigation process
• Assists with RFQ responses
• Responsible for identifying additional business opportunities with existing customers and potential new customers
• Works with and supports TurbineAero Sales team as required
• Performs similar administrative duties as required
