Starting at $18/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage Must be able to work 3 days/week - Monday to Friday, Weekends is a must and Holidays OVERNIGHT SHIFTS from 11 pm to 7 am Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and or hotel night audit experience All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Hotel Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions. How do I make an impact on my team? Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests needs Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures Why Youll Love Working Here The Hotel Night Auditor position is more than a job, its a path to a fulfilling adventure, one that you direct and we guide.
