in our Main Kitchen, where you'll engage in preparing exquisite

service. Located in properties across 139 countries, Marriott
invites you to bring your culinary skills to a global stage. You
will be part of a team dedicated to crafting memorable experiences
for our guests through your passion for cooking. Prepare food items
according to recipes and standards set by the executive chef,
ensuring high quality and consistency. Operate kitchen equipment
safely and with expertise. Coordinate with the kitchen team to
ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes. Inspect
ingredients for freshness and quality, and manage inventory
effectively. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by complying with
sanitation regulations and safety standards. Assist in menu
development and the introduction of new dishes. Provide guidance
and mentorship to junior kitchen staff. Proficiency in a variety of
cooking techniques and equipment. Strong understanding of food
safety and hygiene protocols. Excellent time management and ability
to work under pressure. Ability to follow recipes and instructions
accurately. Strong team collaboration skills. Medical Insurance
