Job Description:
At Great Wolf Lodge, we are proud to be the industry leader in
family resorts and entertainment. We are currently seeking a
Director of Guest Services to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you will be pivotal in ensuring that every guest experiences the
magical environment we are known for, enhancing customer
satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service. Your
leadership will be critical in driving service excellence across
all guest touchpoints at our resort. Oversee daily operations of
the guest services department, ensuring compliance with company
standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures that
enhance guest satisfaction. Manage, train, and mentor guest
services staff, promoting a culture of high performance and
continuous improvement. Analyze customer feedback and create
strategic plans to improve services and guest experience.
Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless service
delivery. Manage budgets and forecast service needs to align with
organizational goals. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability
to manage large teams Capable of strategic planning and
decision-making Experience with customer relationship management
