Site Human Resources Manager, ArizonaWe are looking for an HR professional with a strong business partner mindset to join our team. The Site Human Resources Leader is based out of our Chandler, AZ site and reports to the Director of Human Resources, Site Operations. This position directly supports a 100M+ revenue site of 250+ employees to include operations, quality, engineering and other support functions. This position is a trusted member of the HR team and operates as a critical business partner to site leadership team. This position has an HR coordinator reporting directly to the role.This role will require an analytical and collaborative HR manager who uses creative and innovative thinking to resolve complex business and HR challenges. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to take appropriate risks and should have a track record of leading as a change agent, assessing current situations, anticipating challenges and providing solutions that add value and promote a culture of change and HR leadership.Key areas of responsibility include talent development, performance management, staffing, employee relations, compensation as well as serving as a champion of engagement and employee value strategies. While the focus of this role will remain on the business partnership at the site, a working knowledge and ability to execute in the areas of benefits and HR systems will be required. Demonstrated ability in utilizing data analytics to drive HR decision and strategy is strongly preferred.Essential Functions

• Assist in development of and drive HR strategy for the site in partnership with the site leadership team and the Director of HR for Site Operations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate and adjust talent strategy as needed
• Establish strong relationships and operate as a trusted business advisor to understand issues/concerns at all levels of the organization and influence outcomes/results
• Lead HR standard work and process for the site in adherence with the HR calendar
• Manage staffing, compensation, diversity & inclusion, and other HR processes in support of business customers
• Partner with HR organization on talent and leadership development
• Partner with Training Manager to ensure training needs of the site are met, onboarding is successful and career ladders are clearly defined and understood within the organization
• Utilize strong business acumen and data analytics to drive HR priorities, objectives and action
• Drive performance management throughout the year by coaching managers on appropriate goal setting and feedback; as well as appropriate addressing of any performance issues
• Use Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to help streamline HR processes and improve customer experiences.
• Administer and advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Advise management of federal and state employment regulatory requirements.
• Development and maintain site Affirmative Action Plans.Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel - ability to manipulate data with strong knowledge of formulas & pivot tablesPreferred qualifications
    • Master's degree in HR or related field
    • Ability to adapt & respond effectively to a rapid and complex changing work environment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with orientation on results
    • Ability to be comfortable with a high-volume workload and not resistant or afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
    • Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills refined for customer interaction
    • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
    • Demonstrated experience applying independent judgment on employee relations issues and working closely and effectively with leadership at different levels of the organization
