Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Sr. HR Generalist role will be responsible for coordinating
a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting,
interviewing, and hiring personnel, providing assistance with
performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company
personnel are well informed of human resource policies and
programs. Oversees the human resource information system, maintains
and updates employee records, insurance, and benefits reporting
requirements, and ensures that company records and reporting are in
compliance with federal and state regulations. Updates job
descriptions and assists with salary administration processes.
Provides assistance to area personnel on training programs,
benefits management, and other human resource concerns. Stays on
top of employment law in all States where GroupeSTAHL does business
to proactively address any changes impacting policy.
Manages benefit administration including answering questions,
completing and filing necessary forms, employee training, new hire
orientation and exit process, open enrollment, etc.
Maintains and updates employee files. Ensures employee files are
complete and in compliance with Company policies and legal

Develop and maintain a positive, productive relationship with

3 - 5 years of experience in HR Generalist role with full exposure
to all aspects of HR.
Thorough knowledge base of all aspects of HR relative to
application of HR-related and corporate policies, procedures and
the application of federal/state laws, employee benefit program
administration, unemployment, 401k, FMLA, Safety and Workers'
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experienced in using online web-portals to administer benefits and
HR/Payroll online programs, preferably Paycor to manage employee
compensation and benefits.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
