We are currently seeking a WELCOMING and CREATIVE Recruiting focused HR Generalist to help us find more amazing people to join our cause! We are passionate about engineering solutions for a cleaner and more sustainable future, and we work hard to inspire our customers and employees to join us on this important journey.RequirementsWHAT THE POSITION DOES:This position would be a key contributor to our small, but mighty HR department and would assume responsibility for the day-to-day recruiting operations for our growing company. We are looking for someone who can tap into what makes our people and culture unique and then source the right talent to complement us all. From creating job posts which are exciting and engaging, screening applicants, conducting behavioral based phone interviews, coordinating in-person interviews, setting up skills assessments, extending offers and completing the pre-hire process; this role would be coordinating it all.As the labor market has tightened we are also looking for someone who can creatively search new avenues for sourcing talented and diverse candidates. Are you a stickler for follow through? Do you take notes, make lists and ensure all is completed in a timely fashion or communicate out if more time is needed? Are you able to write creatively? Opportunities to work partially remote will be considered, once trained.
