holidays, and more Position Summary The Client Experience
Specialist-HR & Compliance, will be responsible for reviewing and
consulting with Clients regarding compliance and regulation needs.
This includes identifying potential risk and providing
recommendations to resolve business critical exposure. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities Work with Business Consultant to
initiate implementation process Act as Liaison between internal
stakeholders Consult and review new client leave policies
Understand state and federal laws as they pertain to employer
sponsored leave programs Consult with Clients to determine HR and
Compliance needs Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure
compliance with state and federal laws to minimize risk Maintain
subject matter expertise regarding regulations and compliance
requirements which includes reviewing agency updates, association
publications, attending training and participation in best practice
meetings Develop and execute implementation project plans Project
Management Maintain ClientSpace (CRM) and update milestones, tasks,
etc. Manage multiple client implementations Recognize Client
business concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutions
Review and audit Client payroll and HR data for accuracy Train new
clients Responsible for understanding Service Types/Service Models
Facilitate Client transition to ongoing service model Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities HR, PEO, or Payroll Outsourcing industry
knowledge Experience with HRIS, Payroll, CRM software Knowledge of
local, state, and federal laws and regulations as it relates to
payroll, time and labor management and paid-time-off Analytical and
problem-solving skills Time management skills Project management
skills Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to
research state and federal laws Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications and other software applications and tools required
Passion for overall customer success Education & Experience
Associates degree preferred 3 years related experience required
