RoleNovaSource is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support
our rapidly growing organization. This position will report to the
VP of HR. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for
the implementation and administration of HR programs and provide
management and employees with a full range of human resources
services across all functional areas. This will include benefits
administration, HR policy enforcement, onboarding, offboarding,
recruiting, training, employee relations/communications,
performance management, coordination with HR outsource support
providers, and coordination with the business. This position is
located at our Chandler, Arizona office. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist
with employee onboarding/offboarding, training, development, and
other initiatives Provide support to employees on various
HR-related topics, such as leave and compensation, and resolve any
issues that may arise Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on
ADP Workforce Now Assist in the development and implementation of
human resource policies Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist with compensation and benefits Ensure consistent and
accurate HR operations, including but not limited to the time
keeping, document processing, preparing new employee files,
maintaining employee records, and updating employment data Promote
HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
QualificationsKnowledgeable and experienced in developing and
updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures Highly capable of
implementing HR programs Must have an in-depth understanding of the
principles and processes of the Human Resource function (e.g.
payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and
performance management) Excellent personal organizational skills,
team collaboration, and project management skills Strong experience
with ADP payroll and Human Resources systemsStrong computer skills
utilizing Microsoft Office suite and other software systems Strong
oral and written communication skills with the instinctive ability
to adapt to an ever-changing environment Education and
ExperienceCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
in Human Resource Management or equivalent 2 to 5 years of
experience in Human Resources Understanding of general human
resource policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor
laws Excellent communication and people skills US: Diversity
