About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to
primarily focus on employee engagement and talent development
initiatives for employees within Human Resources (HR). By
concentrating on the more than four thousand HR employees globally,
you can help ensure HR employees have strong connections to the
company and each other so they can best support our businesses and
employees across the company. Key areas of focus for this role
- HR employee engagement : Through partnership and influence,
lead a cross-functional team that reviews quantitative and
qualitative data about the engagement level of HR employees,
develops and maintains a plan for improving engagement, and leads
the execution of some of these initiatives.
- HR BOLD program : BOLD is a framework for the organization to
build a more diverse and inclusive talent pipeline with the
objective to increase visibility and mobility of diverse,
high-potential employees. This individual will lead the end-to-end
execution of the BOLD program for employees within HR, in
collaboration with the executive sponsor within HR and the
enterprise program. Some responsibilities include facilitating the
identification of participants and sponsors, hosting various
meetings with participants and sponsors, leading an advisory group,
delivering communications, and monitoring progress and
- HR Glide Relaunch program : Glide Relaunch program is an
enterprise program that provides individuals the opportunity to
re-enter the workforce through a professional
internship-to-full-time conversion program. In collaboration with
the enterprise program and HR leaders, this individual will lead
the overall execution of the program for employees within HR. Some
responsibilities include identifying potential openings for
interns, aligning interviews, and partnering with business leaders
to determine placement where appropriate.
- HR Management Council : This forum for -100 HR leaders is
designed to build stronger connections between business priorities
and team objectives to drive stronger employee engagement. This
individual will lead the process to identify agenda topics, secure
speakers, schedule and facilitate meetings, and communicate with
the Council.In addition, this role will be involved with
enterprise-wide and/or HR-wide human capital initiatives in which
they would partner with varied enterprise partners (Finance, COO,
Corporate Properties, and lines of business) and across HR (Centers
of Excellence, Shared Services, and HR Business Partners) to
develop a strategic approach and execution of a changing portfolio
of cross-enterprise initiatives.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic
Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education.Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with human capital initiatives, employee engagement
and talent programs.
- Experience partnering broadly with leaders within Human
Resources (HR) and across the Enterprise.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive
business priorities and effectively manage risk.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-line of business
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success
working with executive leaders on complex programs, initiatives,
and problem resolution; ability to communicate and engage
successfully with employees at all levels of a corporation.
- Proven ability to successfully develop and refine programmatic
strategies and drive positive outcomes across a large, complex
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills in a
heavily matrixed corporate environment.
- Demonstrated passion for diversity, equity and inclusion with
concrete experience in this area a plus.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.Job Expectations:
- Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity ( 3
or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week )
from any of the required locations listed below.

- Additional locations: Minneapolis, MN; West Des Moines, IA; San
Antonio, TX; Irving, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ.
