Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
Practice Management empowers financial advisors to lead their
branch team in building a successful practice by supporting and
guiding them at every stage of their career. Equipping them and
their team members with proven practices, acumen, skills, and
competitive insights to optimize their practice and deliver
industry leading client experiences. Rewarding and recognizing
their contributions to client outcomes and our firm's success
What You Will Do:
The FA Employment Specialist will be responsible for the
performance management of Financial Advisors including processes
and administration of Performance Improvement Plans, including
separation of employment for Financial Advisors at Edward Jones if
they don't meet performance standards. This role would be
responsible for appropriate documentation related to employment
separation, discussions with FAs, Regional Leadership and internal
stakeholders. This role would need to be able to express a high
level of empathy and strong communication as they would be
delivering many difficult messages. Other key responsibilities

*Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe,
AZ and St Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in
he office three days per week; with preference for Tuesday through
Thursday.
