Job Description:
Required Qualifications* 4 years of practical Agile experience
(Ex.--Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer on a Scrum
team/Kanban Team, Project Manager, or Business System Consultant
working directly with Agile teams)* 1 year of experience as a
practicing Scrum Master/ Kanban LeaderDesired Qualifications* 6
years of business experience in a matrixed management environment
(e.g. product development, project management, implementation)*
Basic understanding of Technology Infrastructure in one or more of
the following areas: End User Computer, Core Engineering,
Infrastructure Technology Services, or other IT Infrastructure
areas* Knowledge and understanding of test-driven application
development and SDLC* Knowledge and understanding of technology
software: release management* Experience moving teams and
organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies and Agile
Transformations* Agile Scrum (CSM, PSM 1), SAFe or LeSS
certifications or other advanced Agile certifications* Ability to
negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful
relationships* Experience working in a LeSS or SAFe (Scaled Agile
Framework) scaling framework or exposure to any other scaling
principles* Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation,
situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement,
empowerment, and increasing transparency* Knowledge of other Agile
approaches: XP, Kanban, etc.* Prior successful work leading scrum
teams in a matrixed environment* Experience serving as a Scrum
Master for multiple teams simultaneously* Excellent verbal,
written, and interpersonal communication skills* Knowledge and
understanding of technology support: for application development
teams* Knowledge and understanding of technical production support:
fast paced dynamic customer-facing application that requires high
availability
