This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual interested in
leading software development for medium and long range rocket
systems.
The successful candidate for this position will be the software
project deputy lead for IRBM and ICBM missile defense target
vehicles. The candidate will help develop schedules, track
progress, oversee a development team, and support internal and
external program and customer meetings.
The software will consist of embedded flight software, ground
support equipment, simulators and test tools.
The ideal candidate shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum
of Nine (9) years of related experience.
A Secret security clearance will be required.
Required Experiences:
Minimum Qualifications for a level III
BS and 5 Years, Masters and 3 Years 0 Years with PhD
Minimum Qualifications for a level IV
9 Years with BS; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
Salary Range: $97,600 USD - $131,400 USD
Salary Range 2: $109,600 USD - $163,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
