Job Description:Key Responsibilities--- Manage and prioritize assigned tasks.--- Execute procedures reliably, respond with urgency, and escalate appropriately to senior team members.--- Open triage bridge line, update bridge board and engage teams as required.--- Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.--- Maintain solutions that align to security, redundancy, and archiving blueprints and strategies.--- Support client on boarding.--- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability within a technical domain.--- Responsible for event management and request fulfilment.--- Support change activities.--- Write and maintain documentation.Required SkillsMust be a current Year Up internShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
