  About the Role:
  
  We are looking for a Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. The role involves contributing to large-scale planning of strategies, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domains.
  
  Responsibilities:
  

• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
• Review technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Resolve complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve technical challenges Act as an escalation point and provide guidance to less experienced staff MUST HAVES-
  • Strong experience in Java Core
  • Strong experience in Spring
