us! Job Description: The Customer Segment Consultant I is
accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing
sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise
strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments
(i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to
senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s)
teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the
customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement
of goals. Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust
analysis and communications. Drive enterprise?level reporting and
analytics by designing scalable reporting frameworks, delivering
high?quality insights, and supporting strategic initiatives through
data?driven analysis. The role partners across lines of business to
translate reporting needs into standardized solutions while
ensuring data quality, execution discipline, and operational
impact. Responsibilities: Drive and implement the enterprise
reporting strategy, including the design, execution, and ongoing
optimization of reporting processes and standards. Assess
line?of?business reporting needs and develop scalable, reporting
solutions within a structured enterprise reporting framework.
Produce and maintain high?quality reporting and analytics through
strong data management, SQL querying, and advanced Excel analysis.
Establish and enforce quality assurance practices to ensure
accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and analytical
outputs. Support projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives by
sourcing data, developing project plans and timelines, and
delivering executive?level insights. Partner with stakeholders
across multiple lines of business to analyze performance, implement
process updates, and align reporting to operational objectives.
Launch and support initiatives to the field, including execution
tracking, performance reporting, and clear communication of results
and expectations. Execute ad hoc analyses and manage competing
priorities effectively, delivering high?quality work under tight
deadlines with minimal supervision. Skills needed to be successful
in the role: Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction,
validation, and analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (analysis,
modeling, reporting, automation) Proficiency with SharePoint,
PowerPoint, Access, and enterprise reporting tools Strong
problem?solving and analytical reasoning capabilities Ability to
prioritize work, manage complexity, and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional time?management and organizational skills Experience
managing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines
independently Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
across all organizational levels Ability to translate complex data
into clear, actionable insights for various levels of leadership
Proven ability to influence outcomes without formal authority
Knowledge of data quality, validation, and reporting controls
Comfortable handling confidential data in compliance with privacy
and information security guidelines Required Qualifications 1–3
years of experience in business support, analytics, or reporting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience
supporting enterprise, national, or multi?LOB initiatives highly
desirable Desired Qualifications: Operates with minimal guidance;
high degree of independence Balances strategic thinking with
hands?on execution Primary contributor to reporting quality,
insight generation, and operational decision support Shift: 1st

$116,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual

results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their
line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the
