We are a Personal Injury law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced attorney to join our team and work directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients.

We want to be known for helping our clients navigate the post-accident process and take the burdens off of their shoulders. We are growing fast, and we need an attorney who can hit the ground running.--

We need an attorney with experience in personal injury litigation 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. They must be a leader and help elevate those around them.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for important work, including:
--- Providing leadership, management, and direction to paralegals and legal assistants
--- Researching and analyzing the law on complex issues and writing briefs and motions
--- Conducting in-depth depositions, mediation, and arbitrations
--- Analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting alterations to those documents
--- Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients
--- Negotiating with outside parties on legal disputes, including settlement conferences
--- Anticipating and mitigating potential legal problems within the law firm or for a client
--- Developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk

Qualifications:
--- Juris Doctorate
--- Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona (Admitted to New Mexico is a plus)
--- Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but it is a bonus
--- 3 - 5 years of Pre Litigation and Litigation Experience
