Job Description:

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced consumer-bankruptcy paralegal to play an important role on our team.

Responsibilities:
--- Gather, organize, review, and process financial documents received from clients
--- Draft bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements
--- Answer client questions about the bankruptcy process and refer legal questions to assigned attorney
--- Organize workload and prioritize urgent client issues

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
