We are looking for an experienced bankruptcy attorney to help our clients overcome unmanageable debt. Seeking someone with experience representing consumer debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and adversary proceedings. Responsibilities:

--- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
--- Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
--- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
--- Consult with clients, determine strategy, inform and educate clients throughout the debt relief process
--- Mentor and direct support staff in proper fulfilment of legal services

Qualifications:

--- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- Member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing
--- 2+ years of experience representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy proceedings
--- Working knowledge of other areas of law (family law, personal injury, tax, contract) is a big plus
