Job Description Job Description Wiand Dental Laboratory, specializing in implant supported hybrids and All-on-4, is seeking a multifaceted Ceramist Dental Technician for our Crown and Bridge Department. If you are proficient in staining/glazing please apply. Experience in layering porcelain and shade taking are an added benefit to your skill set but not required. Since 1992, Wiand has been delivering premium quality implant and attachment prosthetics utilizing the best materials, tools and processes available. With a foundation in conventional prosthetics, we are masters of our craft. Skill Set Requirements Start to finish proficiency in all aspects of Ceramics Minimum of 5 years hands on experience Knowledge of contour, anatomy and teeth morphology Communicate effectively Exceptional manual dexterity Eye for detailed accuracy Team mindset Positive and professional attitude Ability to assess and prioritize work Multi-tasking ability Artistic aptitude Problem solving skills Self-directed Essential Duties Read RX and specifications Finishing monolithic Zirconia and Emax crowns Single units, bridges and full arch cases. Produce highest aesthetic standards Excellent understanding of differences in shades and material
