Job Description: Note: Chandler, AZ is the preferred work location, but will consider other core Wells Fargo locations and telecommute Our ICS team is looking for a strong security and cybercrime professional to join our Threat Detection Services team. This position will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and development of tools/applications/processes for phishing disruption and cybercrime intelligence program for the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing innovative process to identify and disrupt phishing activity against the company's customers and employees. Additionally, the position will have technical oversight of the cybercrime intelligence support to the company's existing fraud organizations. This role will develop and refine strategic plans and technology roadmaps as new threat vectors are identified. This position will be responsible to integrate new architectural analysis of cyber security features and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, and provides engineering recommendations. The candidate will have experience in consulting senior leadership with decisions related to business process, security controls, policies and standards, regulations and investment prioritization with a focus on identifying emerging cyber security threats. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting research and identifying methods to detect emerging cyber threats, attack methods, and evolving Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). The candidate should have experience with data analytic techniques, including machine learning, statistics and data mining to solve core business challenges. The position will require regular interface with external entities including cyber threat intelligence organizations, financial industry contacts, and government agencies. Interaction with internal partners including legal, fraud, financial crimes, technology and line of business leaders and executives will be required. This position reports to the Threat Detection Services Manager.
