We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist our busy real estate agency. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate all aspects of contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans and appraisal processes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates assuring that the closing process has been done efficiently and correctly
Arrange inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs

Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close
Assure offers and counteroffers are approved by sellers so the process for our clients is smooth
--- Handle administrative task relating to Real Estate.
--- Follow each transaction through the process from start to closing.
--- Handle phones, and emails on weekends and off hours on a rotating basis.
--- Be willing to handle some out of offices duties relating to transaction needs.

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately
Is direct, yet helpful in dealing with customer concerns
Real estate license preferred
High school diploma or GED required
--- Must have current Arizona Real Estate license.
--- Must have knowledge of Arizona Real Estate.
--- Must have ability to multi task.
--- Must have knowledge of the ARMLS and how to navigate through adding listings and comparing properties.
--- Must have experience as a transaction coordinator.
--- Must know Microsoft Office, and be able to competently take dictation.
--- Must have knowledge of Dropbox, Top Producer, CRM.
