RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a Scrum Master in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: Oversees environment: partners to remove roadblocks and distractions that are preventing Scrum Masters from being most effective Guides the development of Scrum Masters by allowing them to experiment, iterate, evolve, and learn Provides opportunities for Scrum Masters to learn and grow from each other Coaches and mentors Scrum Masters to help them to continue to learn and grow in their profession Leads and influences others, including those more senior on best practices Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Requires 2-4 years minimum of prior relevant experience Advanced knowledge of Jira / Confluence / CA PPM (Clarity) / CA Rally or similar tools Advanced skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication Advanced ability to bring out the best in others and lead by example Advanced interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types Advanced analytical, planning and organizational skills, and a talent for managing competing demands Advanced understanding of continuous build and integration environments Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
