Job Summary Casa del Nino Bilingual Montessori is seeking a Montessori Lead Teacher for our primary classroom. Our program emphasizes Bilingual Montessori Education, respect for our students and developmentally appropriate practice. We are seeking for a Certified Montessori Teacher. Responsibilities and Duties Provide a safe and developmentally appropriate program that agrees with the Montessori philosophy and all legal guideline Model an appropriate social behavior, including Grace and Courtesy, conflict resolution, academic skills and the complete range of a Montessori curriculum Teach in the classroom with support from other teachers Conduct parent conferences and progress reports Observations of students to ensure progress and plan presentations for individualized work Ensure the safety of all students Provide nurturing bonds with all students Effective communication with all families Attend school events/ open houses Extended Care Qualifications and Skills AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Montessori Training or Certification 2-3 years of Montessori experience Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to the highest level of facility safety and cleanliness Job Type: Full -time Salary: Hourly depending on experience and formal education Experience: Montessori Only - 2 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's plus Montessori Certification Location: Chandler, AZ Language: English (Required) Work authorization: United States (Required) Term: Montessori
