Financial Specialists Needed ASAP!Second Shift Schedule!Description:Job Title - Financial Client AssociateFinancial Specialists will be working in a call center environment. They will be in a Financial division fielding calls from customers who have had fraudulent activity on their accounts.Overview of the position:Inbound call centerFielding calls from banking customers who experienced both a non-fraud events & a fraud event. This call center acts as a liaison between Wells Fargo customers and merchants.Financial Specialists will take about 30 + calls / day.Changing passwords, updating emails for customers who have had fraud on their account or spam emailed to them or somethingSome longer calls - walking through switching over multiple accounts if there was fraud activity, or walking them through opening a claim and their claim processSome shorter calls - need to change passwordWhat is a typical day like for an agent in the center? Use multiple systems: toggling between (5-6); must be savvy to internet and technology. Use internet explorer & proprietary systemsQualifications: Previous experience with toggling between systems, call center experience; candidates that have taken multiple computer courses in school are qualified for this role.At least 6 months of customer service experience - #1Banking or finance CSR preferred, but not neededCall center - phone work - inbound or outbound - inbound preferredOpen to restaurant/retail experience for stellar candidatesSkills:Customer service, Banking, call center, financial fraud, fraudulent activityTop Skills Details:Call Center, Customer Service, Bankingl About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
