This leader will be responsible for the management of the Revenue performance of Home Lending's Conforming and Non-Conforming production against financial targets and external benchmarks. They will create and implement strategies, product mix/pipeline strategies, and strategic responses to market drivers in an effort to optimize revenue performance for the Firm. Partner with peers in Secondary Market, Sales Management and Finance to help define response to competitive challenges and changing market conditions. They will set direction for market pricing and oversees the daily pricing routines and process. They will establish and define management review routines to discuss performance with senior management.The CandidateStrength of overall leadership, demonstrated transformative change management and balanced decision making will be the determining factors in selection. It requires a leader with strong relationship management, influencing, vision and execution skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment. The role requires; a passion for serving Customers, a balanced approach of thoughtful deliberate direction setting executed with a sense of urgency, and passion for results and personal accountability for achievement.Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 12+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategy, finance, product pricing, or residential lending programs
  • 10+ years of secondary marketing experience in the mortgage industryOther Desired Qualifications
    • A seasoned executive with increasing responsibility in mortgage, financial services or allied industries in leadership positions with emphasis in the following areas: distributed sales, operations, credit, strategy, risk management, secondary marketing and residential housing market.
    • Senior management experience leading large teams and broad distribution in a highly matrixed institution.
    • Demonstrated business strategic planning and execution leadership experience ensuring the organization, at all levels, and is aligned with the vision and objectives.
    • Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of engagement and cooperation from people in other parts of the organization.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytic capabilities utilized to identify root cause improvement opportunities, as well as designing approaches/programs to address those issues.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a straight forward and understandable manner.
    • Strong partnership/collaboration skills.Job Expectations
