The Application Compliance Initiatives team within Technology
provides oversight for the enterprise application portfolio for a
number of policy requirements. The PCI and Security Oversight lead
position will ). Resource will assist in capturing policy
requirements, recommending policy changes, documenting control
requirements, creating standard processes for performing oversight
and validation against various security requirements to ensure
applications are compliant. Dashboards will be created, leveraging
KPIs to support compliance and remediation reporting. Role will
also be responsible for defining automated solutions that can
better enable compliance to various policy requirements. A strong
understanding of PCI DSS required to help educate and guide
technology teams in understanding compliance requirements.
- 4+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- 5+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing
data analysis in Excel
- 5+ years of experience with one or a combination of the
following: compiling and preparing executive summaries,
presentations for management and senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience with privacy or security oversight and
- 7+ years of technology experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI)
- 3+ years of experience with data security controls in one or a
combination of the following: malware protection, firewalls,
intrusion detection systems, content filtering, Internet proxies,
encryption controls, and log management solutions
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels,
particularly senior management
- Experience managing multiple medium technology development
efforts within a major line of business

- Understand policy requirements and design controls and
governance processes to ensure compliance.
- Deliver business cases and requirements with prioritized
features and corresponding justification to support automation
requirements for evidence gathering and/or governance
- Collaborate closely with the business owners, technology teams,
support groups, key business stakeholders, and various governance
groups to understand policy requirements design solutions ensuring
compliance to ensure goals are met.
- Demonstrate process requirements / changes and deliver training
to users and stakeholders.
